CSSHL student-athletes Owen Grassick and Charlie Tobin have signed WHL Scholarship and Development Agreements with the Moose Jaw Warriors.
After being selected 80th overall by the Warriors in 2025, Grassick would join Prairie Hockey Academy’s U17 Prep program to further advance his game. The Cochrane, AB native would immediately find his way in the CSSHL, tying for the team lead in scoring with 35 points across 30 games played. After being signed, Grassick is set to play at the U18 Prep level with Prairie this season.
Tobin has honed his skills with Edge School for the past three seasons in the CSSHL, scoring 34 goals and collecting 84 points since 2023 with the Calgary, AB based program. Tobin spent his latest season with Edge School’s U18 Prep team and is set to play a vital role with them this upcoming season as a returning player. The Warriors originally selected Tobin with the 111th overall pick at the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft.
Since the start of the 2026/27 season, the Moose Jaw Warriors have signed six current CSSHL student-athletes to WHL Scholarship and Development Agreements.
